Terms & Conditions

Welcome to JUFY. By placing an order through our website, Facebook page, or any platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Product Information

  • All products are displayed with accurate details and real images. Slight color variation may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly based on stitching and design.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful Cash on Delivery (COD) or advance payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or system glitches. In such cases, prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time:
    • 3–5 working days within Dhaka
    • 3–7 working days outside Dhaka
  • Delivery period begins after order confirmation.
  • Delays may occur during holidays, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Product must be checked in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving.
    If any damage or incorrect item is found, you may return it immediately—but in such cases, the delivery charge must still be paid by the customer.
  • If the parcel is accepted without checking and later a return request is made, it may not be accepted. Therefore, customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 1 day of receiving the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • With original packaging and tag intact
  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues (subject to availability), but customers must bear the delivery charges.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the mentioned timeframe.
  • We do not offer cash refunds for exchanges; only product-to-product exchanges are allowed as per the stated conditions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method or store credit, within 7 working days of receiving the return.
  • No refunds will be given without following the proper return procedure.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us directly.
  • If the order was prepaid, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 working days.
  • Once the product has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • For custom or pre-order items, cancellations are not accepted once production begins.
  • Repeated cancellations or fake orders may result in account restrictions or blacklisting.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details.
  • Any issues arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Abuse of return/cancellation policies may lead to account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All product photos, logos, content, and branding are the property of JUFY.
  • Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By ordering from us, you agree to our data practices.


10. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted here and apply from the date of publication.
