- Product must be checked in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving.
If any damage or incorrect item is found, you may return it immediately—but in such cases, the delivery charge must still be paid by the customer. - If the parcel is accepted without checking and later a return request is made, it may not be accepted. Therefore, customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery.
- Exchange requests must be made within 1 day of receiving the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original packaging and tag intact
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues (subject to availability), but customers must bear the delivery charges.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the mentioned timeframe.
- We do not offer cash refunds for exchanges; only product-to-product exchanges are allowed as per the stated conditions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method or store credit, within 7 working days of receiving the return.
- No refunds will be given without following the proper return procedure.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
