Orders are confirmed only after successful Cash on Delivery (COD) or advance payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or system glitches. In such cases, prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us directly.
If the order was prepaid, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 working days.
Once the product has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
For custom or pre-order items, cancellations are not accepted once production begins.
Repeated cancellations or fake orders may result in account restrictions or blacklisting.
